A new batch of Management Students began their foray at the ISCS campus with the induction program which began on 16th July 2012 and ended on 21st July 2012.

The induction programme was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Mr. Naveen Malhotra, Vice President Marketing, Foton Motors India Pvt Ltd. The occasion was graced by the Chairperson, IGI, Dr. Tarita Shankar, Group Director IGI, Prof. Chetan Wakalkar, Film star Mr. Jackie Shroff & Mr. Manoj Joshi, Executive Director ISCS, Mr. P.K. Divakaran, Executive Director Corporate Relations, IGI, Ms. Madhuri Sathe, Directors from the Indira Group, Faculty members, staff and students of ISCS.

The objective of the Induction was to orient the students to the culture at ISCS along with the stress on creating awareness about developing an all encompassing personality.

The students participated in initiatives such as Mentoring Sessions by Faculty, Training for Management skill by Mr. Rohit Singh, Workshop by Prof. Roney Cooper and Personality Development by Ms. Divya Jaitly.

The finale was Outdoor Management Training at Anand Valley Resort which took the students to mother nature to imbibe the management skill such as team building and leadership.
